Andre brings with him 25 years of real estate and capital markets experience most recently with Ginkgo Advisor (Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Group) where he advised on the acquisition of brownfields in Europe and their development into €650 million in GDV and 2 million ft2 of residential and commercial space. Andre also brings a wealth of real estate experience stemming from leading and investing in real estate developments in Paris, London and Lisbon. He has managed projects from initial due diligence and project selection, negotiating and structuring financings, contracting service providers and suppliers, to overseeing project completion and marketing. Prior to that Andre was an Executive Director at The Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and Credit Lyonnais in London and New York where he was a product head responsible for the origination and execution of equity derivatives, including options strategies and structured non-recourse loans for institutional clients and corporates. Andre holds a BA in Financial Engineering and a Masters in Finance from Dauphine University in Paris.
